Therapies offered

There are over 400 types of psychological therapy.  Most of them fall into one of four categories – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Humanistic/existential and Behavioural.

As part of their training, Chartered Psychologists have to be competent in three approaches.  At Maple, all of the psychologists have undergone further specialist training in a variety of approaches.  Click on the following to learn more.
